Project Kandor is a multi-phase smart tech co-op currently under development in Ford Heights, IL.

It’s a mixed-income residential community that fosters an atmosphere for sustainable technology companies to collaborate in the spirit of building a vision of a post-consumerist society, where people from all over the world can come and interact.
